How can I miss it?The Taipei Mammoth Exhibition Taipei 2008Do you want to see the mammoths like Manny from the movie Ice Age? You now have a chance to see him! Starting from July 11, 2008 you will be able to see a grand exhibition of ice age Mammoths in Taipei! The event will be held in Chiangkai-Shek Memorial Hall. The special Taipei exhibition is expected to attract a huge crowd of Taiwanese citizens everyday as well as foreign visitors from around the globe.It is the first Mammoth exhibition in Taiwan and is probably among the largest ever in Asia. Why is the exhibition so special? The male mammoth, Yukagir, still with hair and skin was discovored in August, 2002, by local hunters in the cold northeast Russia in Sakha Republic. Also, the female young mammoth of about 1 year old, Oymiakon, was discovered even more recently during 2004! They are both coming to Taipei this summer! I find it very educational though many are explained in Chinese.But I get to see the feet of the mammoth! The fur, flesh are still intact!!!!But a little ... comment la.. they allow too many ppl to go in at one time.Very noisy and.. some ppl are bad.No picture taken and they still dare to take..They place there DO NOT TOUCH, still go and touch...Next, we explore one of the hallDear with Chiangkai-Shek.

I miss shopping @ Taipei underground mall.If you have time, remember to plan this too.There are many cheap clothes,shoes to grab!Decided to go the 2nd time!!!!!Before that.I need to eat.My dinner!

so. I bring him to TW to watch! haha! So cheap!2 tickets and with large popcorn + 2 drinks only NT580 (SGD 26.19)
If im at SG, 2 tickets will be like $20? + the popcorn combo will be 10+ More??
But.. of course can get it cheaper la.. nowadays got many offer in SG movies le, especially when you pay by card. :). So it's abt the same.

Bought many small tingy like accessories in Taipei main stn and my proud buy is the Queen necklace! Im the queen of my own world! hee.
The last event of the day is the movie @ 9.20 pm and we went back to our hotel after that.
