Ok.. I cant say that my holiday mood is gone.. but.. im still thinking of my trip.Ya, will plan another one next yr I try! ^_^Yesterday is my last work day in Alp****..I'm not as sad... just shed tears... Before I left, I wrote email to all of them.. some might not know that I do not have any customer service background at all.. and I also mention those hectic period we all went thru etc etc.Then, my GM came and telling me that.. he really do not know that I do not have any experience bla bla. n..The sentence that I finally heard him saying.. I think you really did very Well as a CS.Haa.. Dor mention at times that he always think that im responsible bla bla. . but I dun believe.. cos he always nv ask me thing directly de lo...But.. after telling some of my close customers, they also sher bu de and praised me. Ya.. Im veri glad that they like my service. Hee.. I will do my best in other places!!!! Hope I can make it. I hope I can meet someone that is willing to share their experience on how work is done. Some ppl are so selfish. They dun like to SHARE.. well.. have to check out my luck!I will keep on learning!
